See what the food was like at the Riu Dunamar resort in Cancun Mexico, specifically for the specialty restaurants Bamboo (Asian) & Pompeya (Italian). Bamboo actually was 100% self-serve buffet, and offered a myriad of Asian food including a nice sushi & sashimi selection. For the Italian eatery you would order main entrees from a menu, but appetizers, soup & desserts are at a buffet area as well.
These were from our July 2021 stay at the all-inclusive Riu Palace Costa Mujeres, which enabled us to also eat at the sister Riu Dunamar resort next door.
