It’s Ferragosto in Italy and that means some easy picnic food. Try this easy roasted chicken.
Directions:
Clean and skin your chicken.(thighs or drumsticks)
Put in a roasting pan
Cover the chicken with white wine and a splash of red wine vinegar
Season with oregano, basil, and rosemary
Cook at 350 for one hour, turning once.
Salt the chicken when it is cooked, so it doesn’t dry out.
