Try this delicious summer recipe: Fresh mussels with white wine and cream sauce! So tasty on a summer evening with a cold beer or glass of white wine!
Recipe:
– 2lbs/1kg fresh mussels
– 1 cup/200ml white wine
– 0,5 cup/100ml heavy cream
– 3-4 cloves of garlic
– 1 onion
– 1 chili ( I use medium strong)
– 2 tbsp olive oil
– Fresh thyme
– A handful of chopped fresh parsley
– Salt and pepper
Clean the mussels under running water from any dirt, rocks and sand. Throw away all the mussels that a broken or open. Don´t overcook the mussels, they need only 3-5 minutes. Enjoy!
