This video will show you, how I cook the meat of a Guinea Fowl. I ussually roast a whole one, but this is one I bought already in pieces or portioned.

Guinea fowl has a darker meat than chicken and a slightly stronger taste. Roast as you would a chicken but for a shorter time and are full of flavour.
