In the Kitchen with Tessie as she whips Up a Saving Money on Food Frugal cooking series $1 Per Serving Meal Living On a Low Income (Healthy Meal for $1 A Per serving) I am able to cook these meals for so cheap due to discount grocery store and growing my own food
Beefy Pasta Skillet
1pound ground beef
1medium onion, chopped (about 1/2 cup)
1can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell’s® Condensed Tomato Soup or Campbell’s® Healthy Request® Condensed Tomato Soup
1/4cup water
1tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2cup shredded Cheddar cheese (about 2 ounces)
I added Peas 1/2 Pound
Step 1
Cook the beef and onion in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat until the beef is well browned, stirring often to separate meat. Pour off any fat.
Step 2
Stir the soup, water, Worcestershire, cheese and pasta in the skillet and cook until the mixture is hot and bubbling.
I baked mine in a casserole 35 Min at 350
also added cracker crumbs on top
