Search for:

1/2 kl med squid
1/4 milk (enough to soak)
olive oil
garlic crush
1/2 tsp dried pepper flakes
2 tbsp tomato paste
diced tomato
2 tbsp wine
salt
spring onion
clean squid and remove ink sac
peel purple membrane and discard plastic quill
Soak squid in milk for 15-20 mins
Heat oil in pan, saute garlic until lightly brown
toss in pepper flakes and slice chilli pepper
add tomato paste, pour tomato cubes,
white wine and salt, simmer uncover for 15-20 mins
drain squid completely
add squid in tomato mixture do not over cook
