A quick but incredibly delicious shrimp pasta dish.
Ingredients:
2lbs peeled and de-veined shrimp
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp olive oil
4 tbsp unsalted butter
1 medium onion finely diced
8 cloves garlic minced
1 tsp Mc Cormick’s Italian seasoning
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1/3 cup dry white wine
1 tbsp capers
3 tbsp lemon juice
zest of 1 lemon
1 package pasta, cooked just shy of al dente.
1/2 cup reserved pasta cooking water
3/4 cup chopped basil
3/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
