Hi everyoneπ€ welcome to my channel. I have launched a new series [Purru’s Diary] to share with you recipes that I usually make at home. In this video, I made vegan pesto for the first time and cooked with it for both lunch and dinner.

Vegan Pesto Sauce
200g basil leaves
6 large garlic cloves
50g walnut
Juice of half a lemon (approx. 30ml)
Water (approx. 60ml)
Olive oil (approx. 50ml)
3/4 tbsp salt
6 tbsp nutritional yeast
Pizza Dough
7g yeast
1 tsp sugar
1 cup warm water (approx. 250ml)
1 tbsp olive oil
350g bread flour
1/2 tsp salt
Pizza Toppings
– Tomato slices
– Bacon
– Mozzarella cheese
Bake at 180Β°C for 10 mins and increase to 250Β°C for another 5 mins.
