Italian Rosemary Chicken :

Ingredients for chicken

Chicken breasts fillets 4
Butter 3 ounce
Chopped garlic 1 tbsp
Rosemary 1 tbsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Ingredients for pepper sauce
Oil ¼ cup
Button red chilies boiled 4
Vinegar 3 tbsp
Sugar 3 tbsp
Oregano 1 tsp
Paprika 1 tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Pineapple ¼ cup
Red bell pepper chopped ¼ cup
Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
Method for sauce
Blend all together.
Method for chicken
Marinate chicken with black pepper and salt, heat butter, add garlic and rosemary, add chicken breast, cook till done, remove in a plate, add the blended pepper sauce to the same pan, cook for 5 mins, pour prepared sauce over chicken, and serve with mashed potatoes.

Creamy garlic mashed potatoes:

Ingredients

Potatoes cooked 3
Butter 2 ounce
Cream cheese 2 tbsp
Garlic powder 1 tsp
Black pepper ¼ tsp
Salt ¼ tsp
Milk ½ cup
Cream 3 tbsp

Method

Mix all together and mash them.

Italian caramel bread pudding:

Ingredients

French bread cubes 3 cups
Ramekins 6
Butter melted 4 ounce
Eggs 4
Milk 1 cup
Cream 1 cup
Caster sugar ¾ cup
Vanilla 1 tsp
Salt pinch
Ingredients for caramel sauce
White sugar ½ cup
Brown sugar ½ cup
Butter 4 ounce
Cream ½ cup
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Corn syrup 2 tbsp

Method

Cook all the ingredients together till thick, grease ramekins, apply butter on cubes, fill them in ramekins, whisk together all the ingredients and pour over bread cubes in ramekins, bake on 180 d for 30 mins, serve with caramel sauce and vanilla ice cream.
