Ingredients:
300 grams spaghetti
2 tbsp olive oil
1 garlic clove crushed
300 grams cherry tomatoes halved
15 – 20 prawns small (peeled)
2 tbsp sake
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp butter
sprinkle of togarashi Japanese seven spice
1 tbsp salt for pasta water

This dish combines prawns cooked al dente with soy sauce butter sake, tomato paste for that umami flavor we all crave from time-to-time. It might sound like two totally separate cultures are clashing together but believe me when I say this fusion will knock your socks off!
