Italian Pasta Salad 🥗🥗
Salad full of colourful veggies is delicious and nutritious food. It is a quick and crunchy salad 🥗
I added fresh coriander leaves in place of parsley that to give the Indian touch😄😄
You can add veggies according to your taste buds. This salad can be enjoyed as a small portion of your side meal or large portion as a whole meal.

Before recipe I want to give few tips:
Firstly don’t add your dressing until you are going to serve. If you will add dressing early veggies will become soggy.
Secondly for the better results never cut lettuce with knife always tear and add in your salad.

Ingredients for salad 🥗

Fusilli pasta 1cup
Cucumber. 1/2 cup diced
Yellow & Red bell peppers mixed 1/2 cup diced
Red onion 1medium size diced
Black olives. .1/2 cup sliced
Cherry tomatoes. 7-8 pieces
halved
Parsley/coriander. 1/4 cup
Mixed herbs. 1/2 tsp

For dressing:

Olive oil. 15 ml
Lemon juice. 10 ml
Honey. 1 tap
Oregano. 1 tsp
Chilli flakes. 1/2 tsp
Garlic granules. 1/2 tsp
Salt and pepper to taste

Method:

Boil fusilli pasta. Wash it in running water.
Add all the veggies in a large bowl and toss half the dressing.
Now add pasta and rest of the dressing toss it nicely.
Sprinkle mixed herbs on the top of the salad.
Serve it cold.
You can adjust amount of honey according to your taste.
