In this video we talk to Atticus and his human dad Paul about travelling to and around Italy and Europe with your dog. Atticus has flown twice to Italy from Australia and has been living as a nomad all over Europe. After learning about all the paperwork involved we all need Red wine with Percoche, a variety of peaches, a Southern Italian Sangria.
To prepare Vino con Percoche, you need a jug, a bottle of red wine, and 4 percoche or normal peaches if you cannot find them.
Cut the peaches in big chunks and place them in a jug or a glass container that fits in the fridge. Pour the wine on the peaches, and put it in the fridge for at least 2 hours. Serve chilled on the rocks.
Some people prefer this drink with white wine instead, a few fresh mint leaves are added.
