VIVA LA VINO! or LONG LIVE THE WINE!
Italian wines are so rich in history, dating back centuries ago.
Joining us today are Andrea Pieropan from the legendary winery of Pieropan and Pierre Marie representing Tenuta di Arceno.

For over a century, the Pieropan family has revolutionized winemaking in Soave, becoming one of the most acclaimed Italian wine families. The Pieropan legacy began in the late 1800s when visionary winemaker Leonildo Pieropan purchased the historic Palazzo Pallucci in the medieval village of Soave. Today, Leonildo’s great-grandsons, Andrea and Dario carry on the patriarch’s vision. Overseeing viticulture and winemaking, respectively, Andrea and Dario employ the same rigorous attention to detail as their forebears in bringing celebrated wines to life.

Tenuta di Arceno is the very embodiment of all things Tuscan and Chianti Classico. When entrepreneur Jess Jackson and Vigneron Pierre Seillan first came to Tenuta di Arceno, they immediately recognized its potential for producing wines that would reflect the history, culture and quality of life in this storybook region. Tenuta di Arceno produces two expressions of wine guided by the diverse terroir of the estate. The first includes three DOCG wines: Chianti Classico, Chianti Classico Riserva and Chianti Classico Gran Selezione – Strada al Sasso. The second expression is three IGT Toscana wines based on international varietals: il fauno di Arcanum, Valadorna and Arcanum. All six wines are a true reflection of its terroir and are 100% estate grown and bottled.
