I had the pleasure eating at this restaurant with friends and family a couple of years ago. Amazing experience! SO CREATIVE. I will never forget, One plate served, a small tomato with the peal removed along with a large shot glass. You ate the tomato and drank the tomato salad. For those who have never been to Southern Italy– A tomato salad in the south is like no tomato salad you have ever tasted! I took my go pro and camera and tried to describe what it was like being there. All the food and wine we ate came from their farm and vineyard. If you’re ever in Southern Italy, look them up and GO! You will not regret it!
