My Chimmichurri Sauce
Start by finely mincing 1 regular sized red jalapeño (deseeded), finely mincing 1 small shallot, finely mincing 1/2 cup Italian parsley, and thinly slicing 4-5 normal sized garlic cloves.
Add your garlic, shallot, and pepper to a bowl then add red wine vinegar until it almost covers the veg.
Cover and let steep for 10 minutes then add your 1/2 cup parsley, 1 tsp ground oregano, 1 tsp fine salt and 1 tbsp of Dan-O’s original ( danosseasoning.com ). Add more salt, black pepper, or even more red wine vinegar depending on your tastes preferences.
