Italian Orecchiette with Broccoli Rabe [ASMR] | Yummy IT Food

Today we want to show you how to make Orecchiette with Broccoli Rabe. Don’t let the simplicity of this dish fool you, it is packed with contrasting flavors and textures. The crisp-tender texture and peppery bite of Broccoli Rabe are balanced by the slightly chewy Orecchiette and the mild sweetness of the fresh Ricotta. We love this dish because it takes very little time to make and it’s so delicious. If you can’t find Pancetta, you can use bacon instead or even just olive oil would work.
