Biscotti, also known as cantucci, an Italian almond biscuit that originated in the Tuscan city of Prato. Biscotti are twice-baked so it becomes crunchy, dry, and could be stored for long periods of time. In the old days, it was particularly useful during long journeys and wars.

2 c All-purpose flour
1 tsp Baking powder
ΒΌ tsp Salt
60 g Brown Sugar
145 g White sugar
2 Tbsp Canola oil
2 L Eggs
ΒΌ tsp Cardamon powder
1/3 c Roasted whole almond
ΒΌ tsp orange flavoring
