1 cup warm water (નવસેકુ પાણી)
1 tbsp active dry yeast (ડ્રાય યીસ્ટ)
1 tbsp brown sugar (ખાંડ)
4 cup maida (all purpose flour) (મેંદા)
1 cup sooji (rava) (રવા)
1/4 tsp salt (નીમક)
1 tbsp olive oil (ઑલીવ ઑઈલ/તેલ)
Oil for grease flour for coating (મેંદા)
1 & 1/2 tbsp oil (તેલ)
1/2 tbsp mix herbs (મીક્ષ હર્બસ્)
1 tbsp water (પાણી)
1/2 cup onion slices (ડુંગળી)
1/4 cup chopped tomato (ટામૅટા)
1/4 cup chopped capsicum (કેપ્સીકમ)
3 to 4 finely chopped basil leaves (તુલસીના પાન)
1 tbsp finely chopped cilantro (કોથમીર)
1 tbsp finely chopped garlic (લસણ)
Oil for frying (તળવા માટે તેલ)
