England vs Italy in the Euro Cup 2020.
Mum and I got up with dad at 4:30am this morning to watch the game. And we watched it like the Brits that we are; with fish, chips and mushy peas… for breakfast. Dad gets serious with his couch (dining room chair) coaching, yelling at his team to get into their positions and ‘GET INTO EM’ MAN!’… With a disappointing end, I could feel the emotion of the England players and their supporters from the loss, especially seeing little Prince George’s face, trying so hard not to cry. Watching dad’s mood go on a downward spiral into a depressed, miserable state broke my heart, until I saw his out-of-control eyebrows. “Get ya fooking eyebrows sorted out! You’ll give Dennis Healy a run for his fooking money!” Mum said after seeing them in the video later in the day. Well done, Italy! Boring match really, only got interesting at the end.
