Ingredients- Giblets

Kidney
Liver
Heart
Spleen

Olive oil EVO
Sage
Rose Mary
White wine
Onion
Salt and pepper

Start washing all the Giblets with cold water and vinegar really good then soak them in a 80/20 water vinegar for 2 hour’s adding sage.

Cube the meat into small pieces and sauté in olive oil with an onion. Then add rose Mary and sage. Let them marry and steam together. Deglazed with your favorite white wine Then add salt and pepper, lower the heat and cover whit a lid and let it slow cook adding broth or water for 25 30 minutes
then Plate it Nice
