⭐️3-4 medium peeled and sliced potatoes
⭐️jalapeño’s ( seeded or not )
⭐️oil of choice ( I use avocado )
⭐️salt to taste

Directions

1. Add enough oil to coat the bottom of your pan and heat it up medium-high. Once your oil is hot you can add in your potatoes and peppers. Give it all a stir and let it go for about 30 seconds, reduce the heat to medium and cover your peppers and potatoes with a lid on for 4 to 5 minutes. Take the lid off and continue to stir gently and fry your peppers and potatoes on each side until they’re fully cooked. Once they’re cooked you can take them off the heat and hit them with a little bit of salt to taste and pepper is optional. Enjoy on a nice piece of bread or with some delicious antipasti.
