Hi, friends! I am posting another video of cooking! In this act, I made an Italian pasta salad that is excellent! The dressing clings to the pasta, the additions are perfect for the flavor profile! I didn’t have the actual recipe, but the idea for this pasta came from an America’s Test Kitchen video that I had seen. This is my take on it.
