Here’s a recipe of italian macaroni pasta with some indian twist, back in the day we sindhis used to make a gravy of this & called it Tirkani Bhaji which translates to slippery gravy. Never thought decades later people would eat it like this. Try it, one of the easiest & quickest recipe.

Classic Veg. Macaroni
Serves – 2

Ingredients

Water
Salt
Macaroni – 150 gms.
Onion Cut – 1 piece
Carrot Cut – 1 piece
Capsicum cut – 1 piece
Black Pepper – 1/2 tsp.
Tomato Ketchup – 2 tbsp.
Red Chilli Sauce – 1 tbsp.
Schezwan Chutney – 2 tsp.
