A simple lunch in Italy with fresh local ingredients. Taking the funicular above Lake Como, we ended up in Brunate for lunch. We started with an antipasti that included several cured meats and lardo drizzled with local honey. Our main course was hand made flat pasta with a a duck ragu. Local white wine to wash it all down!
