Ingredients:
– 500 g of small potatoes
– 1 st. l. olive oil;
– 2 cloves of garlic, grind;
– 1 tsp. Italian seasoning;
– salt and paprika to taste;
– 100 grated Parmesan cheese;
– 1 tsp. chopped parsley;
– 2 st. l. butter, cut into small cubes.
Preparation:
āŖļøHeat the oven to 195 C. āŖļøClean and wash the potatoes, dry and cut into halves.
āŖļøHeat a frying pan and add olive oil. Add the potatoes and heat until the surface is crispy.
āŖļøTurn to the other side and cook until browned.
āŖļøMove the potatoes to one side and fry the garlic, sprinkle with Italian seasoning, salt and paprika, stir. Turn off the heat and sprinkle with grated cheese and parsley on top.
āŖļøPut the pan in the oven, cook for 15 minutes. Add the diced butter on top of the potatoes and serve immediately.
