Ingredients:

– 500 g of small potatoes
– 1 st. l. olive oil;
– 2 cloves of garlic, grind;
– 1 tsp. Italian seasoning;
– salt and paprika to taste;
– 100 grated Parmesan cheese;
– 1 tsp. chopped parsley;
– 2 st. l. butter, cut into small cubes.

Preparation:

ā–ŖļøHeat the oven to 195 C. ā–ŖļøClean and wash the potatoes, dry and cut into halves.
ā–ŖļøHeat a frying pan and add olive oil. Add the potatoes and heat until the surface is crispy.
ā–ŖļøTurn to the other side and cook until browned.
ā–ŖļøMove the potatoes to one side and fry the garlic, sprinkle with Italian seasoning, salt and paprika, stir. Turn off the heat and sprinkle with grated cheese and parsley on top.
ā–ŖļøPut the pan in the oven, cook for 15 minutes. Add the diced butter on top of the potatoes and serve immediately.
