These dishes are perfect for Easter celebration, and any special occasion:
Ingredients:
1st course:
Minced meat, tomato pulp(tinned or bottled, or fresh)
flat pasta(my own translation from Italian), salt, a pinch of sugar if you use tomato pulp,
besciamela(the white dense cream), butter, and cheese(better parmesan cheese)
2nd course
Lamb, potatoes, tomatoes, garlic, rosemary olive oil, and salt
wine: it goes with red wine, we had cabernet.
