Chilli oil (olio al peperoncino) is indeed a great classic of Italian cuisine, extremely popular especially in southern Italy and here in INDIA, in all good Italian food serving restaurants it’s always on the table.

My chilli oil is infused with chilli, garlic, mix herbs and black pepper. The oil is extremely delicious and can be added to almost everything to add more flavour to the dish.
