Every day I see so many posts of maggi and I wonder, what is so special about maggi….Maggi has become such an important part of our day to day life that one cannot even think of a pantry without having maggi. I was very keen to cook something special
Of maggi but was really not getting an idea to what to cook. And the first thing which came to my mind… Why not try a Risotto Creamy Maggi and see how it works😃
So here I am presenting My Italian Maggi Mushroom Risotto. Friends you have to try it once. It turned out to be so good, i wish i could explain more. This is specially meant for your special occasions. Try it instead of your regular biryani or chinese. It will definitely give you a fine dine experience..
All you need is Maggi Risotto, candle light and a glass of wine❤
Recipe For My Maggi Risotto:
In a pan add extra virgin olive oil add onions, garlic and mushroom, saute well,add half a small cup of red wine, mix everything well, add salt, pepper powder,oregano and chilly flakes, mix well, add vegetable stock, let it come to boil, add maggi packet,let it half cook, add maggi masala, fresh basil leaves, unsalted butter and parmesan cheese. Let all come together, garnish with Parmesan cheese, parsley and some basil leaves.
For vegetable stock : In a pan, oil, long cut onions, carrots, garlic, spring onion, cauliflower,celery,fresh basil,bunch of parsley,bay leaf, pepper, mix everything together, add salt, add water and let it boil for 45 minutes. You can make with watever vegetables you have.
To substitute wine use equal amt of vinegar and water. To substitute parmesan use normal processed cheese cubes. Taste will differ but work will be done😅
