Additionally, Carlino restaurant is the favorite of Carlo Cinque, the owner of the luxury hotel. However, it is exclusive to only resident guests. It is open twice a day; hence, you can get your lunch therein from 1 pm to 5 pm and dinner from 8 pm to 10 pm. Carlino restaurant offers guests popular local cuisines, with one of its signature dishes being lemon spaghetti.
