Hope you can make this simple yummy pasta at home.
Can use SPAGHETTI instead of FETTUCCINE or pasta of your choice . Vegetarians can add steamed Broccoli or Cauliflower,or Beans or marinated Zucchini etc.. .
First pasta should be boiled in plenty of water which has salt and some oil in it.
Keep it Al Dente , means slightly undercooked , not overcooked.. then just blanch in hot water before putting in pan for final cooking.
I think we should off the chilli flakes after garlic is slightly roasted. Be careful not to burn Garlic, then prawns ,pasta , & then parsley & grated Parmesan cheese
