It’s super cheesy and has just the right touch of spices making it another “go-to” dinner recipe!
This Creamy Penne Pasta is a white sauce pasta that is great on it’s own, but could be even heartier if you add chicken or any of your favorite veggies.
Ingredients-
Penne Pasta- 1 cup
Oil- 1 tbsp
Salt- 1 tsp
Chopped garlic (i added its paste)
cubed capsicum (as required)
chicken (as required)
Butter- 1 tbsp
milk cream 1 1/4 cup
Chilli flakes- 1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder- 1/2 tsp
salt as per taste
Cook pasta according to packaged directions.
Melt butter in a medium sauce pan, add garlic.
Cook for 1 minute over medium heat
Add veggies /meat
Add cream, stirring constantly.
Cook until sauce boils and thickens.
Add pasta now
Add parmesan cheese.
Add desired salt and pepper.
Continue stirring until cheese has melted.
Serve immediately.
