Search for:

FIRST:
place 1 pound of ground beef in bowl
add beef bouillon (according to your taste)
a dash of black pepper
1/2 tsp dried or fresh chopped oregano
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
COMBINE ALL THIS TOGETHER TO MAKE YOUR MEATBALLS.
SET MEATBALLS ASIDE.

SECOND:
slice thinly some green bell peppers and red bell peppers,and onions.
use as many or as less as you want to.

THIRD:
begin cooking the meatballs by putting about a tablespoon of oil in a pot
when the meatballs are about 3 minutes from being fully cooked, add in the peppers and onions,on medium heat continue to cook for about 3 more minutes,
now add at least 16 ounces of pasta sauce to the meatballs
at this point you can add a couple dashes of italian seasonings(according to your taste)
allow to simmer for 5 minutes on low heat.
then turn off heat.

FOURTH:
spread meatball mixture on your bread roll
add cheese (mozzarella) and place sandwich on baking pan.
place in oven and bake at 350 degrees for about 5-8 minutes
or you can use the microwave -if you dont want your sandwich toasted,
to melt your cheese
