During this Master Class, participants will be led on a guided exploration of the flavors of Italy’s Friuli Venezia Giulia region by a panel of expert speakers including Jackie Rothong (Culinary Producer, Food Stylist, Recipe Developer and Chef/Brand Ambassador for Viking Range), Massimiliano Eandi (Executive Chef at Cecconi’s Dumbo), Francesco Lupo (Food Educator) and IACC Executive Director Federico Tozzi. Participants will learn about PDO and PGI products and cook along as our chefs transformed this authentic Italian ingredient into delicious authentic Italian dishes.
