‘Giustino B’ is a special vintage Prosecco from hand-selected glera grapes from the hills of Valdobbiadene that has won over (10) TEN Tre Bicchieri awards from Gambero Rosso and was named the Best Sparkling Wine in Italy for 2017! This special prosecco is Extra Dry and an homage to the founder of the winery, Giustino Bisol. He will be 100 years old this year and attributes his longevity to sipping a glass each day.
This wine is a wonderful pairing with light, delicate dishes like flaky fish and seafood. It’s also the perfect celebration wine!
