Pick a card: This week choices were soft shell tortilla , a sauce and sushi ( as shown at the beginning of the video.) So I decide to make a Bolognese sauce for soft shell tortillas with an east Asian twist. Since Bolognese comes from Italy I fused both cultures to create this delicious dish.
