Cult Food meets a horsemeat butcher, who explains tastes, combinations and preparation technique. He introduces his own recipes and reminds us, that we certainly are not specialists in horse meat. He gently hands us all the best, tips us to next door to get our meat cooked. We find ourselves right in the middle of tastes and horsing around.
