The IACC’s Authentic Italian Table Chef’s Table Dinner series, a week-long celebration of authentic Italian cuisine, is back for its second edition! From June 2-7, four top-tier Ospitalità Italiana-certified restaurants–Levante, Lucciola, Morso and Osteria 57–hosted select members of the food media and trade and featured four-course tasting menus designed to highlight a range of regionally-sourced and produced PDO/PGI ingredients from Italy. These exclusive chef’s table dinners offered an authentic Italian culinary experience in an intimate outdoor setting and are open exclusively to food influencers and members of the trade.
