AAssalamualikum viewers. Today I am going to make COURGETTE WITH PRAWN SPAGHETTI.
Ingredients: #
#Spaghetti = 400g
#water =
#Olive oil
#garlic = 2 piece
#red chilli = 2 piece
#Courgettes = 1 piece
#prawn=150g
#celery sticks=1 peice
#carrot=1 pice
#onion=2table sp
#black pepper = 1/2 tea sp
prawn stock##
1.celery+carrot+onion little bit frying than add prawn head again all together frying than add water and boilling.after 10 min boil than all ingredient blending well .stock ready.
2.At first all fresh ingredient (courgettes, awith little bit salt do shallow frying.
3.nin the same pan, add 2table sp olive oil and add prawn f1min fry.Add finely chopped garlic and red chilli to the pan and saute for 30 seconds .. 4.add all fried vegetable courgette and prawn mixed well.than prawn stock mixed well. 5. Bring water to boil in a pen, cover and cook the pasta in the boiling from water for 11min.add salt and 2tea sp olive oil. 6.add the cooked pasta and mix it with the sauce. 7.add 2tea spoon olive oil and cheese mix.ready for eat delicious pasta. # #My Facebook page:
