Ingredients:
Chicken Marination:
1 Lb Boneless Chicken
1 Tsp Paprika Powder
1 Tsp Black Pepper Powder
1 Tsp Garlic Powder
Salt to taste
4 TBSp Soya Sauce
Cooking Oil for frying

Boiling Pasta:
8-10 Oz Pasta
1 Tsp Salt
3 TbSP Cooking Oil

For gravy:
4 TbSP Unsalted butter
3 TbSP All purpose flour
1 Tsp Minced Garlic
3 Cups Whole Milk
1 & 1/2 Cup Broccoli
1/2 Cup Water
Salt as required
1/2 Tsp White Pepper Powder
1/2 Tsp Black Pepper Powder
1/2 Tsp Italian Seasoning
1 Cup Parmesan Cheese

Method:

Boil the pasta in salt and cooking oil. Keep it aside when done. Marinate the chicken in paprika powder, black pepper powder, garlic powder, salt & Soya sauce. In a pot add a little oil and fry
both sides of the chicken until its soft. Now in a separate pan add a little cooking oil and broccoli, fry for 1 minute and add water and saute for a little. Take out the broccoli from the pot.
In the same pan add butter, once it melts down add all purpose flour and cook for 1 minute and add minced garlic. Give them a good mix than add while milk. Keep stirring the mixture until
you see no lump but a smooth mixture. At this point add white pepper, black pepper, Italian seasoning & Salt. Again cook for atleast a minute until everything simmers. Now add the sauted broccoli,
pasta & parmesan cheese. At the very end put the cooked chicken on the top of the pasta.
