I have been seeing so many delicious dishes from all of the world. I decided I wanted to become more knowledgeable about other cultures traditions and cooking techniques. Now this recipe is not traditional, however after creating this dish, I must say I want to know more and learn more. I did extensive research and did try to find all of the traditional ingredients. I was unsuccessful, so created my own take on a traditional jerk marinade. Then combining that with my own personal knowledge of Italian cooking, my heritage. Hope you enjoy!
