Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups carrots (minced)
1 1/2 cups celery (minced)
3/4 cups onion (minced)
2 pounds ground beef
2 pounds ground pork
340g tomato paste
822g tomato puree
793g whole peeled tomato
1/4 cup olive oil
1 cup red wine
1/2 cup parmigiano reggiano (grated)
1 cup milk
salt and pepper to taste

Procedure:
– Turn on stove on medium heat
– Saute onion, carrots and celery
– Add 1/2 cup wine and let it simmer for 5 mins
– Add ground pork and ground beef, mix them both
– Add salt and pepper to taste, the add 1/2 cup of the remaining red wine and simmer for 5 mins
– Add tomato puree mix well
– Add 2 cups of water mix and the add tomato paste mix well
– Add whole peeled tomato the mash it
– Add 4 cups of water mix well
– Simmer for 1 hour then add salt and pepper to taste
– Simmer for another 1 hour (don’t be afraid to add more water if you like)
-Add milk and mix well
-Simmer for 5 mins and sauce is ready
– Cook tagliatele pasta according to package instructions
– Serve pasta with grated parmigiano reggiano
