The Thai-Italian Chamber of Commerce presents Authentic Italian Table 2021, “Italia Mia: The Italian Regions through the eyes of Italian Chefs in Thailand”, under the worldwide campaign of True Italian Taste. In this episode, Chef Gianni Favro from the Ospitalità Italiana certified Restaurant “Gianni” in Bangkok, representing Friuli Venezia Giulia Region.

BANGKOK – June 2, 2021. The Thai Italian Chamber of Commerce (TICC) is glad to announce the campaign “Italia Mia: The Italian Regions through the eyes of Italian Chefs in Thailand” to celebrate the 75th Anniversary of the Republic of Italy, in collaboration with ASSOCAMERESTERO, under the worldwide authentic Italian food and beverage promotion of True Italian Taste, and its special activity: Authentic Italian Table. This project is entirely promoted and funded by MAECI – Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation.
For this very special occasion, the Chamber has selected 3 iconic Chefs and related Italian Restaurants active in Thailand to be featured in a series of videos with the aim to promote Italian cuisine and “Made In Italy” ingredients in Thailand.
The selected Chefs for this year are:
– Anna Borrasi, owner and Chef of IO – Italian Osteria, representing Campania Region;
– Gianni Favro, owner and Chef of Gianni Ristorante, representing Friuli Venezia Giulia Region;
– Francesco Lenzi, owner and Chef of Lenzi, representing Toscana Region.
The videos will be released in June, one episode per week, starting from Monday 7 June 2021.
