In this video, Chef Dawn teaches the kids how to make an Italian Panzanella Salad!

Ingredients
2 cups croutons or 1 loaf whole wheat bread + 1Tbsp EVOO, salt and pepper
1 bag romaine lettuce
2 Roma tomatoes sliced thickly
1/4 red onion very thinly sliced
1 can pitted Kalamata olives
Italian-style dressing of choice or Luscious Lemon Dressing
Salt and pepper, to taste

Optional to make it a meal! 2 cups cooked white beans (or 1 can, drained and rinsed)
