Have you ever been to a winery on the hills near Modena and have had the opportunity to sit at the same table with its owner?
This is really a great experience to live. Imagine we are near a nice village called Vignola. In the morning we can visit the winery and at lunchtime sit at the same table with the wine producer so that she can explain to us all the secrets and characteristics of her products.
Before eating we can decide to admire Monica and Barbara, the two pasta makers of try&taste cooking classes, preparing fresh eggs pasta from scratch or decide to work with them and make the meal together. Each dish will be paired with the right red or white wine. And what about a nice tour of the castle of Vignola in the afternoon before going back home?
