Seasonal food delicacy…cooking Agretti | Italian rural vlog

One thing I love about Spring is that nature really starts giving you many delicious vegetables that cannot be grown in Winter time. One of them, “agretti” (Salsola soda is the scientific name), is a real gift. I reckon its flavour to be exceptional and texture too. Lemon is often used together and I realize why…flavour really stands out! I’m going to cook them with spaghetti and making a “pesto”.
