Ingredients:
6pcs.Italian lasagne
2bunches spinach leaves
2tsp.tomato sauce
2glasses fresh milk
2pcs.ord.cheese
1 glass shreded Mozarella cheese
3 tsp. Flour
Salt, to taste
3 tsp. Olive oil
1 pc. . Onion minced
3 Cloves garlic minced
Cooking oil
Method/Procedure
Wash the Spinach leaves, cut into small pieces, set aside
Preheat the wok, saute minced onion, mince garlic in oil. continue sautéing until change its color into slightly golden brown.
Add chopped Spinach, salt, cheese, 1 tsp. fresh milk and 1 tsp. Tomato sauce. Mix them until dries up. set aside
For Sauce
In a pan
Add 3 tsp. Flour, mix gradually,, in a low flame
Put 2 glasses of fresh milk, cheese and pinch of Mozarella cheese, 2 tsp. Tomato sauce, continue mixing until thicky, set aside
For Layering
In an oven plate, add a pinch of olive oil and 2 scoop of MI ture sauce
Step 1
Arrage Italian Lasagne for first layer
Put atleast 3 scoop of mixture sauce
Add cheese
Second layering is just the same procedure refer to step 1
For toppings:
Add shreded Mozarella cheese
Take the ordinary cheese and cut into square, put on the top.
Oven time
20mins to 30 mins.
