Basil
Also Known As: Sweet Basil
Taste: Minty, peppery and sweet.
Uses: Italian cooking, tomato sauce, vegetables, salad, chicken and pesto sauce.

Cilantro
Also Known As: Chinese Parsley and Fresh Coriander
Taste: Intense and citrusy.
Uses: Salsas, burritos, tacos, chilies, salads and meat.

Mint
Spearmint Leaves
Also Known As: Garden Mint or Green Mint
Taste : Sweet, fresh and cool.
Uses: Vegetables, chicken, lamb, pork, drinks, salads and fruit.

Tarragon
Also Known As: Estragon or French Tarragon
Taste : Bittersweet, powerful and fresh.
Uses: Vinegar flavoring, sauces, eggs, dressings, mustards, fish, meat and stews.

Chives

Taste : Onion like flavor
Use chives in salads and like onion.
