Ingredients:
– 6 eggplants
– 2 zuchinni or courgettes
– salt
– pepper
– oregano
– olive oil
– 1 onion
– 10 cloves of garlic
– hot pepper fresh or dry
– 500 grams of ground beef
– 1 cinnamon stick
– 1 class of wine
– 1/2 liter of tomato juice or passata or 1 x 400g canned tomatoes
– 8 tbsp parmesan
– 1 handful of parsley
– 300 crams of ricotta cheese
– 2 eggs
– 1 large handful of fresh basil
– zest from 1 lemon
– 2-3 potatoes
– 200 grams of mozzarella
– 1 handful of cherry tomatoes
