Migrants have a modern wine production with strong roots in traditions dating back to antiquity. Here, award-winning quality wines are produced from the Lazio region’s unique, native grape Cesanese.
The winery, led by Lorenzo Fanfarillo, produces classic wines of 100% Cesanese, the only native grape of the Lazio region. Here in the hilly landscape close to the town of Olevano Romano in the province of Rome, the vines benefit from clayey and partly calcareous soil originating from volcanic formations. Conditions that make the area particularly suitable for viticulture and the production of wines with a strong personality.
