During this Master Class, participants will be led on a guided exploration of the flavors of Italy’s Calabria region by a panel of expert speakers including Jackie Rothong (Culinary Producer, Food Stylist, Recipe Developer and Chef/Brand Ambassador for Viking Range), Silvia Barban (Executive Chef at LaRina Pastificio e Vino), Francesco Lupo (Food Marketing Specialist), Michele Cianciulli (Co-Founder at Enoclassica Selection)
and IACC Executive Director Federico Tozzi. Participants will learn about PDO and PGI products from Calabria and cooked along as our chefs transformed these authentic Italian ingredients into Polpette di Melanzane and Maccheruni al ferretto.
